What is the Auto-Ship Subscription Program?
For those individuals who would like to get their products delivered automatically on a certain schedule, this is the program for you! Never worry about forgetting to order again. And never worry about not getting the best deal possible! You decide the product you want, the date you want it sent, the frequency you want it sent, and we do the rest! And what’s better is… we reward you for trusting us with your business with automatic merchandise credits and 7TH ORDER FREE!
Here’s how it works:
- Pick the product, or products you would like to get delivered on a schedule.
- Pick the frequency of delivery (once every two weeks, once a month or once every two months). You can designate all the products you pick to be on the same schedule, or on different schedules… it’s up to you.
- Place your credit card on file for automatic processing, designate billing and shipping addresses.
- Choose your program(s) start date(s).
- You’re done! Now just sit back and relax and enjoy the perks…
- Automatically get 25% off each product in the program (15% if you are in one of the already discounted assistance programs)
- A 5% cash back online store credit to be placed in your account that can be used outside of the program on any of our products or merchandise

Can I skip, pause or cancel my product subscription?
To skip, pause or cancel just call 844-864-6283 ext. 3, and let us know what you would like to do, or you can email from your account email and let us know. Be sure to let us know at lease one business day before your next order processes so we have the time to make the changes requested. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address on the account with a confirmation.

When is my subscription order processed?
In the monthly programs (every 1 month or 2 months) each order will be processed on the day of the month you choose when you sign up for the program. If the day of the month falls on a weekend, the order will be processed on the Monday following the processing date. In the every 2 weeks program, the order will be processed every other week on the day of the week of your choosing. Once registered, if you need to change the date of processing, simply call 844-864-6283 ext. 3 at least one business day before your processing date or send an email to email@example.com from the email address on the account and let us know what you would like to change and we will get that changed for you. We will send an email to you to the email on the account to confirm the changes. We will send out an email reminder 1 business day before we process each order.
How do I update or change my payment method?
Simply call 844-864-6283 ext. 3 and speak to customer service.
How is shipping handled?
We ship each order within one day of successfully processing, typically the same day, by USPS. As always, shipping is free!
Do I earn reward credit on subscriptions?
Yes! Each order processed in the Subscription program will receive 5% of the purchase price back as a store credit! The credit will be placed in your online account with Imbue and can be used on any products or merchandise we carry. Use it to try something new, stock up on items you like, or send a friend or family member a gift… its up to you. The store credit cannot be used on the subscription program however.
My 7th order is Free?
Yes. PERHAPS BEST OF ALL…after 6 consecutive orders in our subscription plan, we automatically give you the 7th order absolutely free as our thank you for your business and staying with the auto-ship program. There’s nothing you need to do; it will be automatic. To qualify, just simply keep your program active without canceling, pausing, or skipping orders. It’s that simple.
Can I pause one product while keeping the others going?
Yes. Each product acts independently in the program, so you can easily skip, pause or cancel one item without it affecting any other items in the auto-ship program.
