I’m an immediate gratification kind of guy. My mother always
told me “Tom, you have no patience at all!” If it’s not available on Prime when
I’m shopping on Amazon, I won’t buy it. Sensing a pattern?
So when we started Imbue Botanicals, we knew that a great product, superb packaging and wonderful presentation all were key, but we also knew that customer service was paramount. So from the very first order we got, we shipped it the very same day. At our expense, not the customers.
Because the last thing you want to do after you’ve ordered products like ours is wait for them to be delivered. You want them now. And we understand that.
So if your order arrives by 2 pm Pacific weekdays, we’ll make sure it gets out the same day (barring some unforeseen, extremely rare back-order). And we pay for US shipping. ALWAYS. (And cover a majority of shipping costs internationally). And our products arrive at your doorstep, professionally packaged, in generally 2-3 days.
Orders that come in over the weekend are shipped first thing Monday morning. And we’ve been known to ship over the weekend when needed. A month or so ago, we had a customer with a sick kitty in Australia. We received the order Friday night, and by Saturday morning it was on its way!
Not all CBD companies do that. Most charge for shipping. And many have longer shipping times. Let’s face it. That’s not ideal.
We believe our customers buy from us because of ALL we do. And we think that customer service and shipping is a big part of that.
You see, I’ve always believed that you should treat your customers how you’d want to be treated. And for me, that especially means to get it shipped immediately…and for free.
And that’s why we ship right away!
