My neighbor owns a Leonberger named Alfred. The first time I saw this massive animal I was shocked. He is beyond huge, tipping the scales at over 150 pounds. Recognized as one of the biggest dog breeds in the world, the Leonberger is not your common canine. In spite of their size, Leonbergers tend to be docile and friendly, and Alfred is no exception.
