Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In addition, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and ship most items by US Postal Service or UPS. Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If for any reason any of the products ordered cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner you will be notified of such and provided other options at the time of notification.
Imbue Botanicals is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation laws, rules, regulations or acts of any government, delays of carriers or suppliers, embargoes, blockades, armed conflict, terrorism, labor disputes, accidents, fires, floods, weather conditions and any other acts of God. Any order over $300 may be shipped with signature required to protect the larger shipments. If this is not preferred you can let us know by phone, email or you can make a note in the comment section of the order.
For those limited international shipping locations, please note that you may be responsible for import taxes and fees based on the country in which you reside. Imbue Botanicals does not collect these types of fees in advance. You may wish to check with your local authorities for additional information.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping charges, if any, and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

HOW DOES CBD WORK IN THE BODY
CBD works by interacting with the ECS or Endocannabinoid System.
